This sticker is so cute, I love the sakura aesthetic! The clear parts are the edges of the sticker; as with most clear vinyl, I think the colors of the design could be slightly altered depending on what surface you stick it to, but for now it's in my sticker book! If I stick it on a more permanent surface, it would likely be a light background to show off the colors the best. :)
