This gorgeous Luna Moth enamel pin features the beautiful insect also known as the American Moon Moth or Actias luna. These moths can be found in North America from the United States to Canada. This hard enamel pin is 2.0" from tip to tip and features a beautiful palette of green, purple and white. This hard enamel pin is set on a highly-polished gold-plated metal and has two posts on the back.

The detail in the metal outline and the de...

The detail in the metal outline and the delicate enamel combined with some pleasing color choices make this a lovely edition to my pastel pins. The locking backs that this shop uses can be confusing, but all you need to do is hold the base of the back against the back surface of the pin and take your other hand and pull the end of the backing until it releases the tip of the tack. This special backing is very very strong! Great quality.
