This Love Letter Messenger Pigeon Enamel Pin features my illustration of a pigeon wearing a cute postal courier hat with a love letter for delivery. A small dedication to messenger pigeons. These birds were also referred to as homing pigeons or carrier pigeons. They were used as a way for people to send messages back and forth across great distances because of the pigeons uncanny ability to find its way back home.  The color palette for this pin features dark blue, white, green, purple and red. This 1.25" hard enamel pin features gold plating and has two posts on the back.
