Shipping to EU Has Been Suspended Due to GPSR Roll-Out

The European Union has enacted a new regulation called the GPSR that puts a heavy burden on all non-EU businesses, large and small, to report, document, label and retain an EU representative as of December 13, 2024. These new requirements, particularly the necessity to retain a representative, is prohibitively expensive and unnecessarily complex for small businesses.

This regulation is poorly rolled-out and even more poorly explained and it offers no relief or exemptions for small, independent and micro-businesses worldwide. Due to this, I will be suspending shipping to EU countries until GPSR regulations are better defined and small businesses like mine are exempt from the onerous requirements of this new regulation. I'm sorry to all of my customers in the EU, if anything changes in the future, I will let you know and look forward to things hopefully changing and me being able to share and ship goodies to you again. 😞
